Do you remember the scene in Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory where Gene Wilder sings about Pure Imagination? That is the exact song that plays in my head when I visit a Kano pop-up dinner.

After attending a few Kano dinners and interviewing Chef Kane Adkisson, I am still left to wonder how he can put milk inside of a cornflake ball without it becoming soggy… *mind blown*
